To apply for membership, please complete the registration form below with as much information as possible. Once submitted, your application will be reviewed by the Taunton Trusted Providers Admin Leads.

As part of the review process, we may contact you to request additional information or supporting documentation, such as qualifications, insurance certificates, or DBS information where applicable.

If your application is approved, you will receive instructions on how to access and manage your member profile.
